SALEM, AR (KAIT) - A Fulton County man has been arrested on suspicion of 50 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child after an investigation by Arkansas State Police and Salem Police.

According to Fulton County Sheriff Albert Roork, Salem police arrested Raymond B. Naumann of Salem as part of the investigation.

The investigation began in Nov. 2018 when ASP investigators received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. According to the probable cause affidavit, authorities received word that an IP address had uploaded child explicit material using an email address.

Police later got a subpoena and received search warrants to search the email address and a house in Salem, the affidavit noted.

Officers later seized several tablets and cell phones from the house, police said.

One of the cell phones was examined by ASP and reportedly had child and adult pornography saved in files, the affidavit noted.

A $100,000 bond was set for Naumann Jan. 16, Roork said.
