BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) - Robberies are on the rise in one Region 8 city.
According to Blytheville Police Chief Ross Thompson, officers received a call about a pizza delivery driver being robbed on the 300 block of Lakewood Street on Feb. 3.
The next evening around 6:30 p.m., officers headed to the 1000 block of West Moultrie Street where someone else had been robbed.
Things unfortunately didn’t stop there.
Later that same evening, around 10 p.m., another pizza delivery driver was robbed on the 300 block of Lakewood Street again.
Finally, on Feb. 6 around 9 a.m., a utility service worker was robbed around the 1100 block of South Ruddle Road.
Only a small amount of money and cell phones were taken in each case and no one was hurt, police said.
However, Thompson said they suspect the same offenders to be responsible for each incident.
