JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Authorities have identified the person killed Tuesday night in a train versus semi-truck crash in Jonesboro.

According to a media release from Jonesboro police, Viktor Vasilevskaya of Puyallup, Washington was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to a Facebook post from Jonesboro police, the crash happened around 8:15 p.m. at the 5300-block of East Nettleton.

The truck was reportedly traveling south, then attempted to make a left turn onto Nestle Way before being struck by the train, which was also traveling south.

According to the post, Vasilevskaya died and no other injuries were reported.
