Dr. Angela C. Howell is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She has been in practice for more than 15 years. Dr. Howell is a member of the American Optometric Association, and the Arkansas Optometric Association. She serves as an adjunct faculty member for Southern College of Optometry. Dr. Howell enjoys her practice and her patients. She is especially proud of the skilled professional staff working with her.
