JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A Nettleton school bus was involved in an accident early Friday morning, and thankfully no one was injured.

According to Jonesboro Police, the accident occurred around the intersection of Ebbert and Harrisburg roads around 8 Friday morning.

According to Nettleton Superintendent James Dunivan, the bus was transporting 6 kids to the Success Achievement Academy.

Dunivan said an oncoming car's hood flew up and blocked the driver's vision. The car then turned into the lane the bus was traveling, and scrapped down the side of the bus.

All six students, the bus driver, and the driver of the other car, reported no injuries.

All six students are back at school, and doing fine according to Superintendent Dunivan.
