Jonesboro, AR (KAIT)- Several roads in parts of Region 8 have been closed Saturday due to high waters. The road closures include:
Crittenden County-
Highway 118 Sec 3A Earl.
Jackson County-
Highway 14 West of Newport at Jct Highway 367
Highway 226 Section 1 @ long mile 0.0 to Craighead County line near Swifton
Highway 37 east of Grubbs
Highway 224 near Tuckerman.
Lawrence County-
Highway 25 Section 6A near Black Rock
Highway 117 Jessup Lane
State Police advise travellers use an alternate route to avoid these roadways until otherwise notified.
