GOSNELL, AR (KAIT) - The last man accused of stealing lottery tickets from the Kum & Go on highway 141 has been arrested.

Tony Shane Whitney was arrested Tuesday morning in Gosnell by Gosnell Police.

Whitney is accused of stealing almost $2,400 worth of lottery tickets from the Kum & Go on North Church Street on October 16th.

A warrant for Whitney's arrest was issued for commercial burglary and theft, as well as fraud of lottery tickets, which is a new state statute.

Jonesboro Police already arrested Robert Buford for the same charges.

Three other people were questioned about the crime, but were released and will not face any charges.
