LEACHVILLE, AR. (KAIT) - According to police reports, Mary Springsten of Leachville was turning into The Adams Gin Field in Leachville.
That's when the back end of the cotton module came across the yellow line as another vehicle was turning, causing that vehicle to hit her car, and pushing it forward into a third vehicle.
Springsten was pronounced dead at the scene. None of the other drivers were injured.
