HARRISBURG, AR (KAIT) -- A Trumann man appeared in court on Monday with charges of raping two 12-year old girls.
According to Poinsett County Prosecutor, Marty Lilly, Gaylon Hinds pled not guilty to the charges which were filed by the Marked Tree Police Department.
In mid-October, Hinds was arrested by Marked Tree Police Detective Jeremy Bond. Bond said Hinds admitted to having sex with one of the victims 12 times.
Hinds denied allegations with the second female, and will appear in court January 5th with his trial dates set for January 11-15.
