    The man on the other end of the line claimed he was a Publishers Clearing House representative and that Dustin Norwood had won $2.5 million dollars and a 2015 Mercedes Benz C Class automobile. What the caller did not know is Norwood is a deputy with the Craighead County Sheriff's Office.

Country Club Rd (near the entrance) in Pocahontas.

Blacks Ferry Rd

Shiloh Rd

Warm Springs Rd

In Sharp County:

Highway 115 in Jessup

Baker Cemetery Rd in Ozark Acres

a bridge in Cherokee Village at Minitonka is closed.

In Cleburne County:

Tiger B Rd

Several roadways are under water in Independence County.

 

Arkansas authorities also reported placing barricades at some highways that are still open.   Those highways include:

In Jackson County:  

Hwy 224 (north of Tuckerman)

Hwy 226 & Hwy 37 (East of Tuckerman)

In White County:

Hwy 14, Hwy 384, Hwy 87 and Hwy 157.
