Susie Jeanette HoltSEARCY, Ark. (KAIT) - A search warrant executed by authorities Friday, August 1, in White County, resulted in the arrest of 5 individuals, 3 of which had unrelated arrest warrants and were simply at the residence at the wrong time.
According to Sergeant Greg Coney, White County Sheriff's Department along with Arkansas State Police and the Central Arkansas Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 128 Sanders Lane, West Point. Authorities say he warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation and multiple undercover buys out of the home.
After execution of the warrant, arrested at the scene was 46-year-old Vera Jo Hicks and 62-year-old Jacob Franks Sanders, both of which live at the residence. During the search warrant, 3 others were arrested on unrelated outstanding arrest warrants. They were 31-year-old Michael Wayne Gilreath of Searcy, 33-year-old Angela Marie Owens of Searcy and 44-year-old Susie Jeanette Holt of Searcy. All were transported to the White County Detention Center.
Hicks is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug premises. Her bond was set at $50,000.
Sanders is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug premises and has a bond set at $35,000.
