THE RUNOFF IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN TO IMPACT THIS AREA BETWEEN MIDNIGHT
AND 8 AM MST WEDNESDAY MORNING.

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL ARIZONA...ROUGHLY SOUTH AND
WEST OF A GRAND CANYON TO FLAGSTAFF LINE FOR AREAS WEST OF
FLAGSTAFF AND SOUTH OF THE I-40 CORRIDOR EAST OF FLAGSTAFF.

* FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON

* DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL MOVE INTO PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
NORTHERN ARIZONA ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. WIDESPREAD AND
PROLONGED PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL WITH EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR SOME STORMS
TO PRODUCE RAINFALL RATES GREATER THAN TWO INCHES PER HOUR.
