ASU to play Auburn and Memphis

JONESBORO, Ar (KAIT) - Arkansas State will recieve a big payday for playing Auburn.

ASU has signed on to play Auburn in 2010. It will be the second meeting between the schools, the Tigers won the first game between the two schools 27-0 in 2006. Auburn will pay ASU $1,000,000 for the guarantee game. This marks the largest payday Arkansas State has ever recieved.

ASU will also continue its rivalry with Memphis. The series between the Red Wolves and the Tigers is the longest running series in ASU football history. ASU had a two game win streak against Memphis until this past year when UM finally broke the streak at the Liberty Bowl. The series is set to continue from 2011-2013.
