Three die in Paragould traffic crash

PARAGOULD, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say three people died Friday night after a van crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming car near Paragould.

Troopers say the van driven by Elaine M. Rossiter, 47, of Paragould crossed the center line of Arkansas 49 about a mile north of Paragould just after 9 p.m.

The van crashed head-on into another car, driven by Tony A. Wilson, 33, of Paragould. The van caught fire, while the other car overturned. Troopers say Rossiter, Rossiter's passenger, Johnnie R. Row, 23, of Paragould, and Wilson all died in the crash.
