Red Wolves battle Tigers

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - The Arkansas State Red Wolves will look to get back in the win column starting on Tuesday as they tangle with regional rival Memphis.

ASU is coming off a disappointing weekend, losing all three games to conference foe Troy.  The Red Wolves are now 12-17 overall, with a 6-9 record in Sun Belt Conference play.

The Memphis Tigers will also be looking to rebound after losing a Conference USA battle on Sunday to Central Florida.  Memphis goes into Tuesday's game with a 11-18 record, 3- 6 in Conference USA.

First pitch is set for  6:30 p.m. at Gagliano Stadium.  On Wednesday, Memphis will travel across the mighty Mississippi River and battle the Red Wolves in Jonesboro at Tomlinson Stadium and Kell Field for a 6:30 p.m. match up to finish the two game series.
