Tamra Holden, Montana Adams guest star on Gene Williams Country Television Show

Two rising Branson stars, Tamra Holden and Montana Adams were recent guest stars on the only weekly television show taped live in Branson about Branson, the Gene Williams Country Television Show.

With co-host Katie Lynn, the Lucas Oil sponsored Gene Williams Country Show with Holden will air Sunday, Nov. 24 at 10:30 p.m. on WB 31 Springfield/Branson while Adams' show airs Dec. 1 at 10:30 p.m. and on Nov. 30, in Little Rock, Fort Smith and Shreveport, La., on Channel 4 KARK/NBC at 6 a.m. and Dallas, Jonesboro, Ark., and Memphis, Tenn. on Channel 8 KAIT/ABC at 5 p.m. (Holden) and Saturday, Dec. 7 (Adams). They will also air a week later on WB 58 in Nashville, Tenn.

"It was great to have two local performers on my show whose talents and dedication are so refreshing," said Williams, who each week also selects for play the newly released videos supplied by Aristo Media of Nashville, Tenn. "Tamra was born in Joplin, Mo. and at an early age moved with her family to Springfield, Mo. She got her start singing in church, is a graduate of the Conservatory of Music UNKC and has performed in Nashville, on the road for two years with Lee Greenwood and is now in Branson at the White House Theatre. Montana is such an inspiration. She is performing at the Hard Luck Diner, a Silver Dollar City property, and has recently finished her first CD of some of her favorite country hits. My co-host Katie Lynn and I enjoyed interviewing them."

"As an inductee to the Memphis Music Hall of Fame, Gene is credited with having the largest syndicated country music television show not affiliated with Nashville. With this show, the first weekly television show about Branson taped in Branson, he is taking the live entertainment capital to the television audience," said Katie Lynn, who has performed with many country music greats and said she has learned a lot from working with Gene. She is an award winning vocalist and performs in the Mickey Gilley Show in Branson.

In addition to interviews and performances by Lynn and the guest stars, the Gene Williams Country Television Show features videos from the biggest, hottest names in country music such as Dixie Chicks, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Faith Hill and more. Video guests for the Holden show are Ralph Stanley with Girl from Green Briar Shore and Darryl Worley with Family Tree. Video guests for the Adams show are Joe Nichols with Brokenheartsville and Alison Krauss with New Favorite.

Williams continues to research more markets for his Branson television show and is negotiating with a major network which will air the Gene Williams Country Television Show nationwide.
