Stacy Lewis misses cut in LPGA Jamie Farr Classic

SYLVANIA, Ohio (AP) - Former Razorback women's golf standout Stacy Lewis won't be on the course Saturday at Sylvania, Ohio, for the third round of the LPGA's Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic.

On Friday, Lewis shot an even-par 71 on the Highland Meadows Golf Club course to go with a first-round score of 70. That gave her a 2-day total of 141, ten strokes behind the two leaders, Sarah Kemp and Laura Diaz, who both have shot 131 for the first two days.

The 141 was also the point at which the cut was made, with players at 140 making it to Saturday's third round, while those at 141, like Lewis, won't see any more action in the tournament.

Sullivan hired as Ark. women's tennis assistant

A 2002 graduate of Texas A&M, Sullivan was a volunteer assistant with the Aggies from 2002-04, working with the strength and conditioning staff, before first coming to Arkansas.
