The Randolph County Sheriff says he was sitting in his home when he heard a front-end loader driving down his street, at night, while hitting road signs, the ground and other items. The man who Sheriff Tribble says was driving the Caterpillar is now under arrest, facing numerous charges including driving while intoxicated. Keith Boles has the details from Pocahontas tonight on Region 8 News at Five and Six.
