He began his television career in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia. Chris started working at WTVM in August 2003 as a Production Assistant. After three plus years in production, he moved to News Photographer, getting to cover stories like the WHINSEC/School of the Americas protests at Fort Benning. In January 2008, he got his shot as a Sports Reporter. Chris covered Auburn's tumultuous football season, from the highs of College Gameday against LSU, to the lows of a losing season and a coaching change.
Chris graduated from Columbus State University in 2009. He is also the biggest sports geek on the planet, and probably the oddest sports fan too. He's gotten up at 6am to Chelsea FC, and loves his Tennessee Volunteers, Boston Red Sox, Indiana Pacers, and Winnipeg Jets. Off the desk, you can find him on the golf course or playing his Playstation 3 till the wee hours of the morning.
