LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Legislation introduced Tuesday would make it a crime for someone to sell or give away urine samples or doctor a sample to falsify the results of a drug or alcohol screening test.
Representative Jay Martin of North Little Rock said he filed the bill after a drug-testing company in his district reported that it has had problems with false or doctored samples.
Anyone who sold or possessed materials that would tamper with the results of a drug screening test would face a misdemeanor charge.
