Man charged with murder of wife

ASHDOWN, AR (KSLA) - A husband accused of shooting his wife to death, before turning the gun on himself, has officially been charged with murder.

John Wright's first appearance in court was Thursday.

His head was still bandaged after reportedly shooting himself last month.

Today the prosecuting attorney released documents to KSLA News 12 explaining Wright's charges.

He now faces murder in the first degree.
