CRDC holds golf tournament to fund meals on wheels

JONESBORO, AR. (KAIT) - Eighteen teams played in a four-man scramble for bragging rights in a tournament designed to raise money for the Crowley's Ridge Development Council.

With today's tournament the CRDC raised more than $8,000 to benefit it's Meals on Wheels program.

The CRDC provides several programs throughout the community, from winterization to community development initiatives.

They also plan to make this golf tournament an annual event.
