LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino admits his team has been looking ahead to Georgia.
But it didn't show as the Razorbacks dispatched Missouri State in its season opener Saturday night.
Ryan Mallett and Tyler Wilson threw for 447 combined yards, setting a school record and helping the Hogs to a 48-10 win over Missouri State. Arkansas will now have a weekend off before opening its Southeastern Conference season at home against Georgia.
Petrino says the Razorbacks have already practiced a lot for the Georgia game, and he's pleased his team was mature enough to focus on Missouri State too.
