LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Bobby Petrino enjoyed a bit of a luxury this past weekend. Since Arkansas didn't have a game, the Razorbacks' coach had a chance to check out his team's next opponent: No. 23 Georgia.
The Bulldogs edged South Carolina 41-37.
Petrino said Georgia's win was exciting, and that the Bulldogs had improved quite a bit since dropping their opener to Oklahoma State.
Arkansas beat Missouri State 48-10 in its opener and will open Southeastern Conference play Saturday night in Fayetteville. This might be the Razorbacks' biggest home game of the season. Arkansas plays Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and LSU all on the road this year.
