Darius Glover Out For The Rest of The Season

Jonesboro, AR (KAIT) - Even on a bye week, ASU football suffered a loss.

Linebacker Darius Glover will have surgery to repair a broken wrist and will sit out the rest of the 2009 season.

The junior from Bossier City, LA started all 12 games last season, recording 56 tackles, 3.5 tackles for a loss, and one interception.

Glover is the third ASU player to suffer a season ending injury, joining offensive lineman Dominic Padrta and safety Evan Van Dolah.

The Red Wolves have Saturday off, and will host Troy in the Sun Belt opener September 26th.

Kickoff is set for 3:30pm.
