Marmaduke, AR (KAIT)- The Greene County Sheriff's Department tells Region 8 News that a woman is charged after a one vehicle accident in Marmaduke Saturday night.
Police say the driver, Rebecca Henson of Corning, was driving with three of her children just off of Highway 49, a little after 9 p.m.
According to police, Henson said she fell asleep at the wheel, tried to come drive up an embankment after driving into a ditch, and ran through a railroad crossing sign, snapping it in pieces.
One of her children was injured in the accident and was flown to the Arkansas Children's Hospital listed in critical but stable condition.
Rebecca Henson is charged with: careless and prohibited driving, no safety seats and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
