Popular Branson star Allen Edwards, the singing former mayor of Walnut Ridge, Ark. J.R. Rogers and teenage singer Stacey Conlan of Rogersville, Mo., are guests on upcoming airings of the "Gene Williams Country Show," featuring Gene Williams with co-host Katie Lynn on the only weekly television show taped live in Branson about Branson.
Air dates for the Lucas Oil sponsored "Gene Williams Country Show" are as follows.

"Many people know my good friend J.R. Rogers as the former mayor of Walnut Ridge or the generous person behind the All Star Music stores in Poplar Bluff, Mo., Walnut Ridge, Ark., Jonesboro, Ark., and Batesville, Ark., who gives away a guitar each week on my show. But what some don't know is that he is a professional singer as well. He debuts a music video on this show," said Gene. "Also appearing as a guest with her video is 14-year old Stacey Conlan who has been performing since she was 3 and has been seen on stage in Branson in a special appearance with Doug Gabriel and at 76 Music Hall."
Edwards - Sunday, Jan. 19 at 10:30 p.m. on WB 31 Springfield/Branson; Saturday, Jan. 25 at 6 a.m. on Channel 4 KARK/NBC and Dallas, Jonesboro, Ark., and Memphis, Tenn. on Channel 8 KAIT/ABC at 5 p.m.; and Saturday, Feb. 1 on WB 58 Nashville at midnight.
"Allen Edwards is beginning his tenth season in Branson, where he headlines his own show at the Golden Corral Show Room. We always enjoy having Allen on and hearing about his background as a police officer and his appearances on ABC television and the Nashville Network. For this taping, his four daughters were in the studio and join him briefly on stage," said Katie Lynn.
"As an inductee to the Memphis Music Hall of Fame, Gene is credited with having the largest syndicated country music television show not affiliated with Nashville. With this show, he is taking the live entertainment capital to the television audience," said Lynn, an award winning vocalist who has performed with many country music greats including in Branson on the "Mickey Gilley Show."
In addition to interviews and performances by Lynn and the guest stars, the "Gene Williams Country Show" features videos from the biggest, hottest names in country music such as Dixie Chicks, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Faith Hill and more.
Williams continues to research more markets for his Branson television show and is negotiating with a major network which will air the "Gene Williams Country Television Show" nationwide.
