LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas is finally nearing the end of this marathon stretch of 11 games in 11 weeks.
Of course, a break might be the last thing this team needs.
Quarterback Ryan Mallett threw for 313 yards and five touchdowns to lead the Razorbacks to a 42-21 victory over Mississippi State on Saturday, their fourth win in a row. Arkansas has one more game remaining in the regular season, next weekend at No. 17 LSU.
The Razorbacks' scheduled week off came after their first game, meaning their next 11 would come in consecutive weeks. The going has been relatively easy of late, though, with four straight home games against unranked teams.
Arkansas has lost running back Michael Smith for the season with a hamstring injury, but the high-scoring Hogs haven't missed a beat.
