Police; Region 8 business man faces sex charges against customer

SIKESTON, MO (KAIT) – A Sikeston business man is charged with deviate sexual assault and felonious restraint after a woman says he made unwanted sexual advances towards her.

According to Sikeston Police, a 24-year-old woman went to Premier Motors and talked with the owner about buying a car. She says that's when 66-year-old Garry Warner started making unwanted sexual advances towards her.

She says Warner locked the front door of the car dealership and continued making advances. He eventually allowed her to leave a short time later.

Warner was arrested by Sikeston Police and faces felony charges of Deviate Sexual Assault and Felonious Restraint.  He also faces a misdemeanor charge of Sexual Misconduct. 

Warner was released from jail on a $50,000 bond.
