JONESBORO, Ark. -- The man wanted for the murder of a 24-year old Jonesboro woman was arrested Monday, following an anonymous tip to police.

Twenty-five year old Brandon H. Dent was found at a convenience store on the corner of Highland and Nettleton Avenue in east Jonesboro. According to reports, Dent ingested a cleaning solution prior to being apprehended by the police.

He was transported to St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center for "injuries suffered prior to police arriving on the scene," according to Lt. Rick Elliot of the Jonesboro Police investigative unit.

Elliot confirmed on Monday that Dent is a suspect in the death of 24-year-old Leann Cowen. Cowen's body was discovered in her apartment on February 28.

There is no word on when Dent would be released from the hospital.
