JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - Ryan Patterson and Michelle Lawrence appeared in court Monday morning for arraignment.

Patterson is accused of murdering Jamie Lynn Orman, her teenage son Derrick and her unborn child inside their home on Missouri Street in Cape Girardeau in October.

Michelle Lawrence is accused of coming up with a plan to kill her estranged husband in this case.

Prosecutors say she wanted him dead, but instead the three others were killed.

Both Patterson and Lawrence waived their preliminary hearings in November.

They appeared before a judge at separate times Monday morning for their arraignment.
