GREENE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A woman charged with murder and aggravated robbery pled to lesser charges Wednesday afternoon in a Greene County courtroom.

According to the Greene County Prosecutor's Office, Jacqueline Tomlinson pleaded to hindering apprehension in the death of Harvey "Norman" Beasley. She was sentenced to 10 years in jail.

Police say Christopher Hitchcock, Jacqueline Tomlinson and Earl Long robbed Beasley at his home at 283 Greene Road 792 on Tuesday October 13, 2009. Beasley was found unconscious in the home, and transported to a local hospital where he died 2 days later from blunt force trauma to the head. Police say the 3 were employees of Beasley's.

Christopher Hitchcock pleaded guilty in December manslaughter and robbery and was sentenced to 30 years in jail.

Earl Long is being charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution, and has a plea date set for February 28, or a trial date set to start March 7.
