Three Razorbacks Suspended From Liberty Bowl

Memphis (KAIT) - Less than 48 hours before the Liberty Bowl, three Razorbacks have been suspended from Saturday's game with East Carolina.

Whole Hog Sports reports that senior linebacker Wendel Davis, senior free safety Matt Harris, and junior wide receiver Marques Wade were suspended for missing Wednesday night's curfew. The school has not yet released a statement on the three Hogs.

The infraction ends the Razorback careers of Wendel Davis and Matt Harris. Davis started 11 games this season, racking up 79 tackles, 8.5 for a loss, 1 sack, 3 pass deflections, and an interception.

Harris led the Razorback secondary with 71 tackles, 1 for a loss, 2 pass deflections, and a interception.

Wade played in only 5 games, and didn't have any stats on the ledger.

The rest of the Razorbacks kickoff with East Carolina in the 2010 Liberty Bowl. Kickoff is 4:30pm Saturday in Memphis, and can be seen on ESPN.
