Razorbacks O-Line Coach Takes Same Position at Kentucky

Fayetteville (KAIT) - Arkansas head coach Bobby Petrino has yet another vacancy on his staff. Offensive Line coach Mike Summers is leaving the Razorbacks to take a similar job at Kentucky.

Petrino confirmed Summers' departure Saturday in a statement issued by the university's athletic department:

"Mike and I have had a great seven-year run together and I appreciate all his hard work and dedication through that time. He's got an opportunity to go home and be with his family, which is a priority I can understand. I want to thank him and wish Mike and his family the best."

The depature brings Summers full circle. He's a Lexington native and began his coaching career as an offensive line coach for the Wildcats in 1979.
