LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Convenience-store gamblers in Arkansas will have yet another option beginning on Sunday. The Arkansas Lottery is to begin selling tickets Sunday to a multistate game called Mega Millions, already offered in a dozen of the nation's largest states.
The Arkansas Lottery has been selling tickets to the other multistate jackpot game, Powerball, since Oct. 31. Ernest Passalaigue, director of the Arkansas Lottery, said plans call for the state to begin advertising soon the jackpot amounts for the two multistate games on 18 electronic billboards across the state.
