BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A Mountain Home man is behind bars, charged with possession of child pornography.
According to the Baxter County Sheriff's Department, Justin Kullman turned himself into police Wednesday, after a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Police say they seized three computers from a home at 135 North Dodd Creek Road in November of 2009, on suspicion of downloading child pornography. No arrests were made at that time. A forensic specialist later examined one of the computers and found images of under aged females on one of the hard drives.
The sheriff's department says a warrant was issued on Tuesday, and Kullman turned himself into police on Wednesday. Police say Kullman was one of the resident's interviews back in November.
Kullman is officially charged with distributing, possession, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, which is a Class C Felony.
Kullman is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond and is set to appear in court on April 1.
