BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) – Blytheville Police make an arrest after routine questioning of two people.
According to the Blytheville Police Department, police stopped two people walking on Harrison and Carolyn Street around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning.
After police questioned the two people, it was discovered that Charlie Harvey had warrants out for his arrest. The female questioned was allowed to leave.
Harvey failed to follow the conditions of his parole, and when police took him into custody, a smoking pipe, and what is thought to be marijuana and cocaine were found in his possession.
Harvey is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harvey's bond was set at $75,000.
