JPD arrest three after shots fired

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) –  Jonesboro police say they've arrested three men wanted in connection with a Wednesday afternoon shooting.

Just before 4 p.m. officers were called to a report of shots fired in the area of Matthews and Baswell Street.

Investigators say a group of men were fighting when one pulled out a gun and fired into the air.

No one was hit by the bullet.

A few hours later police arrested 26-year-old Brandon Williams, 28-year-old Andrew Goldman and 24-year-old David Medina.

All three are being held on outstanding warrants, charges on Wednesday's shooting are pending.
