Arkansas beats Louisiana Tech 5-4 in 10 innings

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Andy Wilkins hit an RBI in the bottom of the 10th inning to lift Arkansas to a 5-4 victory over Louisiana Tech in college baseball.

The teams were tied 4-4 and the Razorbacks (38-11) had runners on first and second base when Wilkins hit the game-winning single Tuesday night. He finished 1 for 5 and Travis Sample had two RBIs for Arkansas.

Justin Gordey had two RBIs and Kyle Roliard and Will Alvis had one RBI each for Louisiana Tech (25-23).

Jordan Pratt (3-0) was the winner, allowing one hit and no runs in two innings of relief for Arkansas.

Trevor Petersen (5-6) suffered the loss, allowing two hits and one run in 2-3 innings for Louisiana Tech.
