COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Texas A&M has won its fourth straight Big 12 women's outdoor track and field championship, even without sprinter Gabby Mayo.
Texas A&M finished with 157 points after Sunday's events. Nebraska placed second with 102.
The Aggies were without Mayo because she suffered a leg injury in Saturday's 100-meter preliminaries.
The men's championship was won by Nebraska, with 118 points. Oklahoma was second with 114 and A&M was third with 110.
The championship came down to the last race, the 4 x 400 relay. If Oklahoma had won the event, it would win the conference crown. The Sooners finished fourth in the relay.
