Specialist Kenneth J. Ervin is a member of Company A, of the 875th Engineering Battalion out of Jonesboro. The company is currently stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington training as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Kenny is a 25-year-old native of Paragould. He is the son of Kenneth Dale Ervin of Corning and Karen Jordan of Paragould. He has two sisters: Katrina Ervin and Kristy Witcher, both of Paragould.

Kenny's favorite hobbies are watching NASCAR and fishing.

"Our Hearts and Prayers go out to all of our troops who are working so hard to protect our freedom. God bless you and keep you safe until your job is complete and you can return home. We are all so proud of you."
