BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. -- Charges are pending against two Blytheville high school students, who were possibly planning to open fire at the high school graduation ceremony Friday night. Authorities say one of the students was suspended from school on Friday for fighting and they learned he was planning to open fire at the seniors during the graduation ceremony.

Authorities also say he and two other boys were sitting in the bleachers and ran when officers approached them. Authorities say one of the students, a sixteen year old boy, dropped a 25-caliber handgun while he was being chased by officers. He cannot be charged with conspiracy to commit a terrorist act, until someone comes forward and signs a complaint.
