Arkansas --An man in an unnamed hospital in Arkansas may be the first case of SARS in the state. A spokesman for the Arkansas Health Department says that the man was a business traveler from Canada.

Because of privacy rules officials can not reveal the city or even the region the patient is being treated. The patient remained in stable condition over the weekend and his condition is expected to remain the same.
