"Be on the Look Out' canceled after body is found

SWIFTON, AR (KAIT) – The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has announced in a press release that a body was found Thursday on Hwy 67 North of Swifton.

According to the release, the Arkansas State Police had notified the sheriff's office of the body around 8:30 p.m. The body was later identified as Jimmy Wayne Toone, 58, of Lonoke.

The release also says Toone's identity was discovered after Arkansas State Police realized they had sent out a "Be on the Look Out" warning at 7:13 that night matching the description of the driver and the vehicle he was found in.

Toone left Cabot, AR on Aug 25 and was headed to St. Charles, MO , but was never heard from.

The Arkansas State Crime Lab will perform an autopsy on Toone's body to determine the cause of his death, but authorities do not suspect foul play.
