Arkansas State announces football replay package

Jonesboro (ASU) – The Arkansas State University Athletic Department announced its football game replay package for the 2010 season Wednesday.

ASU has reached deals with several cable providers, which have a total subscriber count of over 100,000 households and businesses, to replay its football games. The replays will be televised on the ASU campus and in over 110 towns and cities across northeast and central Arkansas as well as Missouri.

Among the cable providers that will air the game replays are Ritter Channel 17, Paragould Cable, Fusion Media, Suddenlink (Jonesboro, Newport, Batesville, Heber Springs, Mountain Home, ASU TV), YHC TV and Poplar Bluff City Cable.  Talks are also ongoing with cable outlets in other areas of the state and more cities may be added in the near future.

"Red Wolves Football with Steve Roberts" can be seen following each game replay as well as on Suddenlink Channel 22 Monday and Wednesday at 8:00 p.m.  StateZone subscribers will have on-demand access to the show.

Arkansas State will open Sun Belt Conference play Sept. 11 when the Red Wolves travel to Lafayette, La., for a 2:30 p.m. clash with the Ragin' Cajuns of Louisiana-Lafayette in a game televised by the Sun Belt Network.
