Mizzou's Derrick Washington arrested again

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Former Missouri captain Derrick Washington

has been arrested again.

The Boone County Sheriff's Department says Washington, who

played tailback for the Tigers before he was suspended from the

team, was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of third-degree

domestic assault, a misdemeanor. Washington posted $1,000 bond.

A message was left seeking comment from Washington's lawyer,

Bogdon Susan.

The 21-year-old Washington was charged in August with sexually

assaulting a former tutor. He was permanently suspended from the

Missouri team about a week before those formal charges were filed.
