FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas defensive coordinator Willy Robinson says Razorbacks defenders are ready to taken on Texas A&M when the teams meet Saturday at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Robinson says coaches stressed running full speed to the ball and tackling during practice on Wednesday.
The Razorbacks (3-1), ranked 11th in the AP Top 25 Poll, are tops in passing in the Southeastern Conference, throwing for an average 365 yards per game.
Robinson says matching up the offense and the defense during workouts has helped the squad prepare for Texas A&M (3-1), and defensive players are suited to perform at a high level after a sound week of drills.
The Arkansas-Texas A&M game will be shown on ABC at 2:30 p.m.
