Harding Men's Tennis defeats Hendrix 7-2

SEARCY, Ark.(HU) – The Harding men's tennis team remained unbeaten during the fall season with a 7-2 victory over Hendrix on Wednesday at the HU Tennis Courts. The win gave the Bisons a 3-0 record, while the Warriors fell to 1-1.

Harding captured all three doubles points, with the No. 1 team of Alex Ford and Henrique Ruiz squeaking past Michael Gardner and Richie Litterst, 9-7.

Leading 3-0, Harding added four more points in singles with a quartet of straight-sets wins. Adam Edwards won 6-1, 6-3 at No. 4 to remain perfect at 3-0 in singles play.

Harding final action of the fall comes at the Ouachita Baptist Tournament on Saturday and Sunday.
