Cleveland (ProFootballTalk.com) - Peyton Hillis is battling a thigh injury this week, and sat out practice on Friday. That would normally be cause for alarm, but Hillis and coach Eric Mangini both say Hillis will start Sunday. Mangini was less certain about his quarterback situation.
After showing improvement all week, Jake Delhomme seems likely to get the call. But he split first team reps at practice with Seneca Wallace, who has played well the last two weeks. Mangini said he'll make his decision Saturday. Either way, expect Hillis to get the ball plenty against the Falcons.
"Peyton's a load," Mangini said. "I mean, I avoid him in the hallway."
