CRAWFORDSVILLE, AR (KAIT) - An 86-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly selling marijuana out of a makeshift store, but it's not the first time he's had a run in with the law.
Investigators say Clarence Cochran out of Crawfordsville, AR is charged with selling a controlled substance.
The elderly man was charged with the same crime in 2007.
This time, investigators say Cochran was using a shed behind his house as a neighborhood store.
Inside that store, Cochran was selling marijuana and beer without a license.
Police recovered more than five ounces of pot and shut down the store.
